Dereck is an undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley studying Molecular and Cell Biology with intentions of pursuing a career in medicine. In addition to neurological disorders, he is interested in cardiovascular systems and the pathophysiology of heart diseases. In his free time, Dereck enjoys swimming, cooking steak, and goofing off with friends.
